Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Florida or Alabama within 3 business days (usually 1 or 2). Please triple check your shipping address before finalizing order and reach out by email immediately if you think you made an error at stellasvibe@gmail.com

Occasionally, delays can happen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, USPS, etc. If your tracking # states that your package was delivered and you do not have your package, please reach out to your local UPS, USPS, etc first, as they are usually very helpful in finding your package.

Stella's Vibe is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
