Refund policy

We hope you LOVE everything that you purchase from Stella's Vibe, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work. We have a store credit policy for returns, so that you can find something that does work for you. Please see our return guidelines below and please reach out by email if you have any questions.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

  • We have a FINAL SALE policy on all jewelry, intimates, hair accessories, and hats for hygienic reasons. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Items returned for credit must be unwashed, unworn, and still have original tags attached.
  • Items returned must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, animal hair, and smoke.
  • SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased using a discount code of 15% or more are not eligible for return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please understand if an item that goes against our return guidelines is returned without prior approval, no credit will be issued and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you.

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Stella's Vibe and to the customer.  If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us asap at stellasvibe@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right. Items sent back without an approved return exception will not be accepted. 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products on our website, and we encourage our customers to review these before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have and help you make an informed decision.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
